Account Deletion Request

Use this page to request deletion of your Xelo account and associated personal data. This web request option is provided for Google Play account deletion compliance.

What will be deleted?

• Your Xelo account/profile information.
• Personal information linked to your account, such as registered phone/email and profile photo.
• Chat, media, call, and notification-related data associated with your account, where deletion is technically and legally possible.

Data we may retain

Some data may be retained for a limited period where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, or regulatory obligations. Retained data will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.

How long does it take?

After verification, account deletion requests are usually processed within 7 to 30 days.

In-app deletion option

If you are logged in to the Xelo app, you may also request account deletion from the app settings, if available.
